First we've got the traditionalist Radross Empire, a once xenophobic nation that has just opened its borders to flourishing trade as threats rise up in the region to the north.

The settlement of Filthton is a vast encampment of bandits, motorheads, and psychopaths. Its outskirts are squatters’ shacks and shade tarps, and the city proper is not much better. The broad avenues are a playground for gobchoppers and dune buggies, and it is a mark of pride among the inhabitants to run down anybody too poor or too stupid to own a proper vehicle.
