Agreed. Makes it more mystical than just "multiverse", too. Reminds me a bit of the Hall of Worlds in Raymond E. Feist's "Shadow of a Dark Queen."

Yeah, this is all really well done, IMO. There are no radical departures, but the baseline is just different enough, and in consistently interesting ways.

For the majority of groups that just homebrew their settings, I can easily see using the ToV baseline stuff instead, assuming they like the crunch that goes with the fluff.

If all this stuff ends up on Demiplane and supported comparably to D&D Beyond, then it's going to be extremely competitive, especially if LevelUp and C7d20 are there, too.
