I would say that limited reprints of the old core books would almost be a certainty. Which versions would be a different matter entirely!

All these options are possible, no issue on that... I still wonder whether or not the WotC guys of thr marketing dept have other ideas to present for that important event...

For 2E, definitely these...

... not the black border revisions.

I think the 2024 D&D should be distributed only by hand, by those on missions to spread the good word and possibly come inside and have a chat in your living room. In case, you know, you have any questions or don't yet know what D&D is.
Welp, I posted that two hours too early. I guess the new D&D will be available on every electronic device, impersonally, under the sun.

Another collection of older adventures, updated to 5e.
What ones aren't already printed or licensed out to Goodman Games?

I think we're pretty close to having versions of all the classic AD&D and BD&D adventures ("classic" here meaning "we didn't have to have a big debate about whether an adventure was mediocre or the best thing ever")

I'd rather they let Yawning Portal go out of print (cue shocked gasps) and then redo the conversions in a more fleshed out manner. The G1-3 conversion in Yawning Portal, for instance, makes me extremely sad and want to lie down. Ditto all of the AD&D ones, for that matter.
