HTML based 3.5 compatable Encounter Calculator

Half-breed, still living despite WotC racism
I've just finished making a 3.5 compatable version of the Encounter Calculator:

http://arcady0.topcities.com/Encounter_Calculator.html

This is based on the designs of Tiera Starr and John Dells, who'se calculators were built for 3.0, and updated for the 3.0 FRCS.

This new one, version 4.0, is designed to work with the 3.5 DMG.

Is there an offline version of this?
The whole thing is contained in that one HTML file, so you can just click save as and grab the HTML.

Upgraded Encounter Calculator to add in spot distances

Added some details - notably spotting distances:
http://arcady0.topcities.com/Encounter_Calculator.html

As an example it will tell you something like this:

6 goblins against 4 level 1 PCs is an EL 2 encounter worth 150 XP each. This type of encounter is "Very Difficult" and should make up 36% of the encounters used in a balanced adventure, the PCs should "Pull Out All The Stops." In a sparse forest it should begin at 110 feet away.

Put the same 6 goblins against 4 level 3 PCs and one level 2 PC and you get:

120 XP each
Effective Party Level 3.5, Average Party Level 2.8, use this EL 2 encounter 21% of the time as it is easy and the PCs can "Dispatch Them Quickly". This time it told me to begin it at 120 feet away.

EVERY DM I've had has cheated down spot distances - you'd think PCs where blind when encounters always begin at melee range, so I figured some education was needed on this. :D
