Legend
Enworld has always been tested. Conflict and war is the crucible through which we evolve. Every battle makes us stronger. Those who fall will be forgotten. Those who rise up? Their names will be remembered forever.
It was the great edition wars of 2040 that really did a number on the planet. Warring factions decimated the landscape worldwide. Unlike previous wars it wasn't so much the humans fighting that caused the devastation, it was the AIs and the corporate mergers of the previous decades - as the AIs trained to be entertainers by Apple-Disney-TacoBell-Raytheon, Amazon-MGM-CarlsJr-Boeing, and Meta-Paramount-CocaCola-NorthrupGrumman all took different sides in the edition wars, they took over the defense manufacturing side of their respective companies and began cranking out drones and robot soldiers programmed to slaughter anyone who voiced support for their respective "wrong" editions. Soon nothing was left on the surface but robots fighting robots.7e is going to rock, you wait- or hope we are not dead. Man, I'll be like 75 when that comes out.
Edition debates? Maybe, and that grudgingly. Edition war? Sorry, people getting that into it, putting down what others enjoy, is not a good thing for a forum.
You're "every battle makes us stronger" rhetoric is very individualistic. A group divided and then half leaves is not stronger. Even the "winning" half is weaker. Stop with the jingo.
