Level Up (A5E) Darkmantle grapple

I suspect this is just an oversight, but the Darkmantle's Crush ability says that "the target is grappled" and "The darkmantle’s speed becomes 0, and it moves with its target." However, the grappled condition sets would set the target's speed to 0, too. So neither of them move. In our game, we ruled it that the target can still move because otherwise it doesn't make a lot of sense, but has this been addressed anywhere? I didn't see it in the errata.

The "it moves with its target" part implies that even if someone/-thing moves the grappled target the Darkmantle is also moved, so you can't just get someone out of a grapple by just moving the target out of the Darkmantle's reach/grasp.
