So kicking around ideas for a chronurgist. Has anyone used it in play? What worked well for you and what didn't?

So nobody? OK. Build question for the same character. If a creature is incapacitated by Momentary Stasis, will Detect Thoughts still work on it? Considering Telepathic from Tasha's for a 1st level feat.
