As mentioned, changeling would be very useful. another is Astral Elf 4 hours extra per day that you can be useful. teleport. skill+tool or weapon on demand every day. cantrip, perception, darkvision are just gravy on it.

not really. It literally takes one page of space that could be a problem, yes. but this is to not include very special racial features for balance sake. too simple and really not flexible at all. it's either 1 or 2. that is not flexible. that is always the best starting position.

I would say that if its caused by pathogen: virus, bacteria, fungi or higher parasite, I would say Remove disease If it's genetic cause, I would say Heal or Regenerate.
