Planescape Unconverted Planescape creatures

Is that official, or can we do our own conversion of the MM2 Cat Lord? I like it a lot more than the Planescape one.

I know the ELH is an official product, what I'd like to know is whether the Cat Lord in it is identified as being the same entity as the unique Greyhawk entity, or whether it could be "some other cat lord".

I'll have to look at it again, but I seem to remember thinking "THIS is the Cat Lord from AD&D/Gygax's novels" when I first saw it.

Does he have monk levels, a spit special attack and "lick wounds" healing?

If not, it ain't the Monster Manual II Cat Lord.
