Improved Initiative (proposal...ish)

Since I'm not sure if it's clear, I wanted to interject that, while most GM's in LPF use a group initiative / first-post system, it's not required. Folks are free to use 'normal' initiative, or the system you're proposing, whatever they prefer for their games.

I will state that I fully agree with jkason here. I am fine with a GM using an init style that they feel works well for their games. I don't really want to see "one true system" be mandated. PbP is an odd duck and each GM is going to have a way that they think keeps the game flowing best for them.
