What would happen if a character manifests Graft Weapon on a Claw Bracer?

It gets grafted, I guess.

What's the problem?

Claw Bracers leave you with your hands free, but Graft Weapon replaces your hands with a weapon.

Depends on how you want to rule it. You could rule that the claw bracer just fuses onto the hand, leaving the hand still open just as if the bracer could ever be taken off.

Or you could say "Per Graft Weapon, you no longer have a hand. It is replaced with the claw bracer. Bad move... you've lost your hand for no real benefit."

Personally, I'd do it the second way. After all, Graft Weapon can always be re-manifested to restore you to your normal natural weapons.
