Yes it's going to be smaller and less fleshed out than the settings that got around 200 page books, but it's still going to be a whole chapter of the book so I would expect at least 30 pages.

I like Greyhawk and am interested in what will be in the DMG for it. I don’t have nostalgia for it however, I only got into D&D after 4th Edition was out for a few years in my later years of High School. I became interested in it entirely on its own merits.
