If you order the bags before the deadline but pay for them after the deadline, will the discount still apply?

Do you mean pay for it after the 15th? Or do you mean you've already ordered, but haven't paid yet?

I already paid for the bag I ordered a few weeks ago. But my budget will constrain me from ordering any as presents until after the 16th.

Thus if I order some bags before the 15th, can I pay for them after the sale is over but still get the sale price?
