This may sound like an odd bit of feedback, but you may want to rethink the name "Wuha." The players in my group would immediately start snickering and making "Scent of a Woman" jokes if they heard it.
Heh, I keep thinking of Busta Rhymes.
"Wuha, wuha, I got you all in check!"

BAck to the topic....

Las, the PrC is still a little "vanilla" but much better than the first attempt. For a 2nd level ability how about luck of the hero's (FRCS) or wuha toughness ( the +6 toughness from MotW, I think it was Dwarf).

Champion of Wuha

The toughest, the fastest, and the best of Wuha’s military are Chapion’s of Wuha. They have defended and kept Wuha safe for over 10,000 years after the war of the undead. But there main purpose was not to kill and stop undead but to be the best Wuha can throw at those that seek to stop the peace that has come over Wuha.

Hit Die: d10

Requirements
To qualify to become a Champion of Wuha, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Region: Wuha
Skills: Knowledge (history) 5 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 5 ranks, Iaijutsu Focus 5 ranks.
Feats: Lightning Reflexes, Great Fortitude, Iron Will, Weapon Focus (Katana).

Class Skills
The Champion of Wuha’s Class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Climb (Str), Iaijutsu Focus (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (history) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), and Swim (Str).

Skills per level as fighter

BAB: As fighter
Good Saves: Fort and Will

1st – Strike first
2nd—
3rd—Damage reduction 1/-
4th— Superior Iron Will
5th—Damage reduction 2/-
6th—Superior Lightning Reflexes
7th—Damage reduction 3/-
8th—Superior Great Fortitude
9th—Damage reduction 4/-
10th— Don’t think strike

Strike First (Ex): A Champion of Wuha of at least 1st level adds his Intelligence modifier to his initiative checks.

Damage Reduction (Ex): Starting at 3rd level, the Champion of Wuha gains the extraordinary ability to shrug off some amount of injury from each blow or attack. Subtract 1 from the damage the champion suffers each time he is dealt damage. At 5th level, this damage reduction rises to 2. At 7th, it rises to 3. At 9th, it rises to 4. Damage reduction can reduce damage to 0 but not below 0.

Superior Iron Will: This ability provides an additional +2 bonus to Will saves. It stacks with the Iron Will Feat.

Superior Lightning Reflexes: This ability provides an additional +2 bonus to Reflex saves. It stacks with the Lightning Reflexes Feat.

Superior Great Fortitude: This ability provides an additional +2 bonus to Fortitude saves. It stacks with the Great Fortitude Feat.

Don’t think strike (Ex): Champion’s of Wuha add their Wisdom modifier, if positive, to their attack and damage rolls with the katana.

Aha, found it!

Okay, a couple of points... first off, I'd rephrase both Strike First and Don't Think Strike to say their ability bonus. That way you never lose out for low int and you don't need the "if positive" in Don't Think Strike.

Spatzimaus: you don't need ewp katana to gain focus in it, you just can't use a katana in one hand without it. So it's helpful but not exactly required.

Let's see... as far as the prereqs go, I'd add base attack +6 or so; it seems that if you want these guys to be "the best that Wuha can throw" at enemies, you'd want some serious martial ability, and base attack is one of those things that highlights this. Also, I'd think about adding Quickdraw (goes along with iajatsu focus, too) since a lot of this prc is focused on speed, maybe even Improved Initiative too (but that would be a LOT of feats, so I'd stick with Quickdraw).

I'd also move Superior Great Fortitude to 2nd level and give them the 8th level power of Quickstrike, which is a custom feat from my campaign, to wit:

QUICK-STRIKE (General, Fighter)
You know how to initiate battle with astonishing speed.
Prerequisites: Improved Initiative, Quickdraw
Benefit: In the first round of combat your initiative is treated just as if you had rolled a 20. Roll normally the second round.

As a prc feature they wouldn't even need Improved Initiative to qualify, it's a virtual feat.

Other than that it seems you've already worked out the kinks pretty well! Good job, my friend!

Edit: one more thing- I'd drop Will saves to poor, especially since they are already getting a +4 from the Improved Iron Will ability.
