Ah, oops. You need to select the Monster Manual as an available source in order for anything to show up. I'll fix that in the next release.
As for the various #VALUE! errors, go to the Buffs tab, and check then uncheck the Wild Shape and Primeval Wild Shape boxes, see if that fixes it?
Have you set your level in Druid? Because that list won't populate unless you have the Animal Companion class feature. If you do and the box is still blank, then I need to look into that.
Psionics is, as far as I'm aware, more or less fully implemented. It doesn't support choosing actual powers - you want SpellForge for that - but all the psionic classes and everything are in. It doesn't have much Mind's Eye content yet, but I'll get around to that at some point.

Unfortunately, it has very heavy VBA scripting, that's the bit that's making it not work. Converting it to work with non-Office programs would be an immense undertaking, and I'm afraid I wouldn't have the faintest idea where to start. Sorry about that!
